Nice big store. Really friendly staff and a great selection of stuff you might need if you're on a farm. Great selection of clothes and pet supplies.
Really AWFUL.Staff didnt understand the products - they had no idea of what stock they hold.No customer focus - too preoccupied with a cash roll running our to engage with the customer.Collection area understaffed and again No customer focus, I had to find someone to sort my order out...at 08:30, trying or get to work on time.Sorry, but I gave this store one more chance and got the really poor service that I had anticipated. Never again and no recommendations.
A BRAND NEW SPACIOUS STORE WELL LAID OUT..... Selling footwear, big choice on clothing, hardware and equestrian items etc. Good quality clothing and footwear, but a little expensive, but will probably last longer.... Caf not open yet, but WATCH THIS SPACE!!!!! Free parking and disabled spaces. The new Mole Avon Store has now moved to Joseph Locke Way, near the Tesco Superstore.
Good service but too compact, new store opens this year which will be an improvement.
