Very pleasant staff.
Dreadful, unreliable and rude service! This dentist cancelled three appointments in a row, first contacting me by a number that wasnt even mine, and then sending a letter that never arrived. And did I get an apology for any of these inconvenient occasions? No! In fact, the last time I was there they dismissed it all as if three wasted visits was nothing. In my opinion, this is NOT good service and I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone.
Many thanks the dentist and his assistant were very good and calm . I am 74 and still nervous of dentists but they were very good with me.
