Really happy with this removal firm they made the removal day as unstressful as it possibly could be by being super efficient whilst jovial and helpful too. Before the move Neil brought round 2 lots of boxes to our house - nothing seemed too much trouble. A great service.
Terrible company. They are very misleading and untrustworthy and when I explained that I wasn't happy they completely ignored my messages. I am now 80 out of pocket and they wont even respond.
This is the second time I have used VVM to move and I and still extreamly happy. Chris and Bill were so friendly and helpful and very careful not to knock our walls or furniture. We were moving in to a new build so had to arrange flooring around moving. Neil made this very easy and said he would hold our furniture over night and were quite happy to fit around the flooring fitters.
5 stars all the way - the friendliest buch of movers we've ever used. Nothing was too much trouble. Recommended them to all our friends - and some have already used them and been equally as happy as us. Go for it.
Very professional friendly service. Took away most of the stress of moving and for a very competitive price. I'd highly recommend and use their services again.
