having a problem with a bee suit which would be classed as safety equipment .90 days is not a long time to stand over something or maybe i have misunderstood.
My advice is to keep life simple and take your business somewhere else. If you order on amazon and its a large item, expect to pay 24 to return it via Royal Mail. Their customer service is appalling. In the end they took payment over the phone for a DPD Label they offered begrudgingly for return postage which cost me 10. But I had to call them three times to remind them to send the label they'd already taken payment for. There are plenty of others offering similar products that won't be a nightmare to deal with, please take your custom there instead.
Like others, I have received apaling service from this company. Sold me mats for horse stables. Less than 6 months in and they're all warped. The only reply I got was "shall I go back to him or just send replacements out" which obviously wasn't meant for me. I'm now issuing court proceedings against them and I encourage those of you that have also experienced bad service from this company to do so as well.BUYER BEWARE!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for communication, the goods turned up very quickly which was great - apart from the fact that we got none of the tracking info promised, then it was only a part delivery - the rest turned up later - no responses to emails or very little. Mats ordered were wrapped in very thin polythene and then thrown into a van, surfaces all scratched which could have easily been avoided if they'd been packed top to top - IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. There are other suppliers of these mats - use them.
