Went 6 of us for the Calvary on a Sunday you do need a reservation though we had for 12 and it filled up quickly.Had a great lunch there was a line up to get the Sunday roast options were Beef, Ham or turkey and the you serve yourself to vegetables gravy etc. The Calvary is 10 per person and then drinks and dessert are etc.All in all a great experience and the pub itself is also very interesting.
We were invited out for a gathering of friends to have a little shindig for Christmas tonight. We had never visited the Three Little Pigs before and it's quite an experience!An amazingly eclectic collection of haberdashery all around the place. Plenty of friendly and well trained staff on to cater for the customers, no queues at the bar and the carvery line was well monitored too make sure that you weren't standing waiting in a massive line. The food was of really good quality and their allergen knowledge seemed really good too. If the young waitress wasn't sure, she went straight to the kitchen to find out for us. The food was lovely and we were not rushed or pushed for extras. All in all a superb evening!We all went home stuffed like a big bad wolf that ate 2 of 3 pigs!
Marvellous food. Too few staff in tho so can't give 5 stars as had to wait for meal. Amazing decor!
