Went to pick up a package from the post office, they didn't check for it, I explained that I had arranged for my package to be sent to the shop. Instead they sent me to the Crediton post office, who were confused as to why I was sent to them when the card I received through my door specified (as per my request) to be delivered to my local post office. The post office in Crediton were very helpful, and offered to look into it for me, and suggested I try the other post office in Crediton, which also did not have my package and couldn't understand why I had come all the way to them.So, I returned to the Central shop post office, where yet again, they told me they didn't have my package. I told them I had been all over to get my package, and, losing my patience, I asked if they could please check for my parcel. Despite both women working behind the counter being adamant that they did not receive any royal mail packages, lo and behold, just 2 feet away under the counter, they found my package. They then had the audacity to say that the royal mail was at fault for not specifying that it was the Copplestone post office it was sent to (except that they did, as that IS my local post office), and that their store were not in the wrong.All in all, they were unhelpful, stand off-ish, and took no responsibility whatsoever for making me waste my time and money in travelling to Crediton.
