I was filling my tank up at Lapford today (29-12-18) and I was watching the numbers on how much I was putting in and the price until I smelt petrol and I saw petrol was leaking everywhere. The pump didn't click telling me my tank is full. Has anyone else had an issue with that? If so, that is very dangerous. This was at pump number 4.
They miscalculate often as between the barcode price and displayed price don't match. I have experienced many different local spar, not just in Lapford. I think it would be better they can change something with it.The last time when I ask for checking the price again as the price is different with what I saw it. The lady at the counter said "I don't think it is" and asked other staff there to check instead of her. I was right and she just said "pounds then". I know it isn't her fault but at least she could just check, and not apologising at all and being rude.
